PROJECT MATERIALS · EVIDENCE FIRST

EB-5 project references.
Know what is verified.

The supplied marketing packages include EB-5 material for the projects below. That identifies a document to request; it does not confirm an open offering, qualifying investment or USCIS approval.

What this page establishes.

Developer-supplied material may introduce an EB-5 concept, but it is different from the offering-specific documents and filing evidence your independent advisers need. This website has not independently verified an available EB-5 offering, regional center or Form I-956F status for either reference below.

“Not verified” does not mean an offering has been rejected or is unavailable. It means this website is not making that claim. Ask the sponsor for current documents and have your own qualified counsel assess their significance.

How verified status should be described.

For regional-center offerings, keep the regional-center designation, Form I-956F project application and investor’s Form I-526E petition distinct. A filed application is not the same as an approved one. Any published filing-status statement should identify the offering, the supporting notice and the date it was checked.

USCIS describes the project application process in its Policy Manual, Volume 6, Part G, Chapter 5 ↗. No project-level status guarantees an individual petition, visa availability or permanent residence.

Before requesting a project introduction.

Read the program overview, prepare your document questions and choose independent qualified advisers. Diego can discuss location, layouts and the residential component or request an appropriate project contact. Immigration eligibility and investment suitability are matters for the professionals advising you directly.
