The rental amount is one part of the picture. Compare the purchase terms, your ongoing expenses, when payments begin, how long the lease lasts and when you can use the residence. Any financing must be compatible with the actual arrangement and approved by your lender.
You purchase a residence and the developer rents it back from you for an agreed period under a separate arrangement. The written agreements define the payments, start date, permitted use and each party’s responsibilities.
The agreement sets the start date and any conditions. Do not assume payments begin when you reserve a unit, sign a purchase contract or make a deposit. Ask Diego for the current written terms for the specific opportunity.
That depends on the agreement and your expenses. Review association dues, taxes, insurance, financing payments, maintenance and any other charges separately. This page does not promise a return, profit or that rental payments will cover your costs.
Personal access, occupancy and use depend on the lease. Discuss your plans before committing, including when the residence would become available for your own use.
Diego shares specific opportunities directly so you can review current developer materials together. Options may apply only to select residences; availability and terms require confirmation. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a unit or establish eligibility.
Request the purchase and lease documents. Review the paying party, payment obligations, commencement conditions, duration, expenses, maintenance, insurance, access, early termination and handover. Ask your own attorney and, if applicable, lender and tax adviser to review the arrangement.
General buyer education. No specific residence, rent amount, lease term, availability, guaranteed payment or investment return is represented. Your purchase and lease documents govern the actual arrangement.
