Miami Beach.
New construction condos.

Start with the part of the beach you mean.

72 Park’s project website markets short-term-rental approval. That is a use consideration, not a promise of rental income or a substitute for reviewing the condominium’s operating rules. Decide how much time you plan to spend in the home yourself.

Your area comparison checklist

• Check the property’s actual beach route and parking.
• Confirm rental registration and management requirements.
• Review furniture, storage and guest-access arrangements.

Is 72 Park directly on the sand?

Do not infer direct oceanfront ownership from a Miami Beach address. Confirm the exact site and the route to the beach before making that part of the comparison.
